My payment method account has been closed, how will you process my withdrawal?
If the card, bank account or other payment method that you used to make your deposit is no longer active, please let us know. Our Payments team can remove the payment method from your account and we can look at alternative methods for your withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a recent bank statement.
What do I do if I wish to add a new card or bank account?
To add a new source to your account, you simply need to make a deposit with that source.
